what i found most amusing today is ...when you talk about each other's photos, we always turn around and say "wow i like the colour in that one" but never see how a comment like that is actually completely pointless.
we say it as if any of us have any control over it...

Seriously, it is a good point. I think that people like art and produce art because we want to capture and recreate the beauty of the created world around us, a world that points to our creator and his beauty.
